Yoga and Aerobics

Please join Amber Ferraro in the MBCC gym (second floor) starting at 7:45 am for a 45 minute session of yoga stretches and aerobics. No weights necessary unless you choose to add them and if you don’t have a yoga mat we have extras for you to borrow! Open to all, please come out and join us!
