“Be Your Best Self” Exercise class hosted by Julie Lee and Susie Slater in the Family Life Center men’s Sunday School classroom. Schedule will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10:00. Men and women are welcome. There is no fee. They plan to include stretching, strength training, aerobics and yoga. The classes will be no longer than one hour total. You’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat or large beach towel, water and hand weights or cans of food for weight. A New Year A New You!
